I am a University lecturer and the Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Computer Science, Georgia State University.

BIO

In December 2020, I completed my Doctorate of Philosophy in Computer Science under advisement of Dr. Anu G. Bourgeois.

In 2004, I completed my Masters of Science in Computer Science at Department of Computer Science, Georgia State University, under the supervision of Dr. Sushil Prasad.

My current research focuses on the use of educational data mining techniques to discover success factors of first-generation and underrepresented groups in undergraduate computer science. My dissertation research involves using a study of GSU CS students to build a predictive model using decision trees to understand pathways for successful completion of the CS core curriculum.
